As a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Procare Group are able to deliver and assess nationally recognized qualifications and units of competency that are on our scope. Therefore not only does Procare Group provide valuable and informative training sessions but are also able to issue nationally recognized certificates and statements of attainment for the competent completion of nationally recognized training.

Procare Learning offers a variety of course delivery options to cater to different learner needs and learning styles.

  • Online self-paced learning, purely done online at times that suits the individual learner.
  • In-house, contextualised training to suit individual company needs. This consists of face to face workshops decided on a mutually convenient basis, in some cases in conjunction with online self-paced learning.

    Hywel joined Procare in 2018 as National RTO Manager, with general management responsibility for Procare’s Registered Training Organisation. Hywel is dedicated to working with clients and professionals to develop and deliver quality vocational training while providing first-class customer service and student support.

    Hywel graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales before serving 10 years as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force. Since then Hywel has held a number of managerial and consulting positions within private and public sectors in both the UK and Australia. Since 2011, Hywel has held management positions in RTOs, primarily involved with training delivery in safety, auditing, management and leadership.
