    National Training Manager

    Hywel joined Procare in 2018 as National RTO Manager, with general management responsibility for Procare’s Registered Training Organisation. Hywel is dedicated to working with clients and professionals to develop and deliver quality vocational training while providing first-class customer service and student support.

    Hywel graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Wales before serving 10 years as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force. Since then Hywel has held a number of managerial and consulting positions within private and public sectors in both the UK and Australia. Since 2011, Hywel has held management positions in RTOs, primarily involved with training delivery in safety, auditing, management and leadership.
