Leadership and management skills are essential for all supervisors, managers, team leaders, coordinators in business. Leadership and management go hand in hand to get the best outcome from staff and business performance. This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts. As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
This Course Covers
During this course you will learn leadership and management skills including communication, relationship building, operational planning, networking, mentoring, developing and leading teams and individuals and presentation skills amongst an array of other beneficial skills.
Who should do this Course
Clients that would be suited to enrolment in this qualification include individuals who are working in or wish to work in supervisory or management specific roles such as coordinator, leading hand, supervisor or team leader roles.
Course Delivery & Duration
The self-paced delivery option allows learners to enrol in the qualification and complete it in the convenience of their own time. Self-paced learners have 12 months to complete the course requirements. Extensions are available upon application where learners can supply reasons that are satisfactory to Procare Group.
Unit by unit
This course can be completed unit by unit or participants can opt to complete units relevant to their needs rather than the whole qualification. The units are completed self-paced unless organised as in-house delivery.
